Calima was born from a simple observation. Every summer, women
across Egypt prepare for the coast — for Sahel, for Gouna, for
trips abroad — and every summer, they face the same dilemma.
They want to feel beautiful, modern, and modest, but the choices
on the table never quite fit. Either too loud or too plain. Too
tight or too shapeless. Too expensive or too cheaply made. Too
international or not their own.
We made Calima to remove that choice.

chlorine-resistant fabric with UPF 50+ protection, designed in
silhouettes that flatter every body.

HOW WE MAKE IT
We work in considered drops, not endless collections. Every
piece earns its place in the line — no filler, no quantity for
quantity's sake.
We use real fabrics. We name them. We tell you where they come
from. The Italian Carvico for swim. The Egyptian cotton from
Mahalla. The linens from Belgium.
We size for real bodies. XS to 3XL — the same design, the same
fabric, the same craftsmanship across every size. Inclusive
sizing isn't a marketing line. It's a baseline.

Calima is the warm Mediterranean wind that arrives at sunset —
soft, certain, and unmistakably feminine. We named the brand
after a feeling. The feeling we hope every Calima piece delivers.
