By placing an order, you confirm that:

PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:
— Colors may vary slightly due to monitor/screen settings
— Slight variations between pieces are normal (especially for
hand-finished items like embroidery)
— Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed
We reserve the right to:
— Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order
— Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
— Discontinue any product without notice

PRICING
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise
specified. Prices include any applicable VAT but exclude shipping
costs (calculated at checkout).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
However, the price you pay will always be the price displayed at
the time of your order confirmation.
In the rare event of a pricing error (e.g., a product mistakenly
listed at EGP 1 instead of EGP 1,000), we reserve the right to
cancel the order and issue a full refund.

PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
— Cash on Delivery (within Egypt only)
— Credit and debit cards (via Paymob)
— Fawry
— Apple Pay (if enabled)
— International cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx)
Payment is processed at the time of order. For Cash on Delivery,
payment is due upon receipt of the order.
If a payment fails or is reversed (chargeback), we reserve the
right to cancel your order and may refuse future orders.

ORDERS
When you place an order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation
email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not
constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons
including but not limited to:
— Product unavailability
— Errors in product description or pricing
— Suspected fraudulent activity
— Inability to verify the shipping or billing address
If we cancel your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

SHIPPING
We ship throughout Egypt and to most international destinations.
Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.
— Cairo & Alexandria: 1-2 business days
— Other Egyptian cities: 2-4 business days
— International: 5-15 business days (varies by destination)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import
taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
— Carrier issues
— Customs clearance
— Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
— Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs,
photographs, and the "Calima" name itself — is owned by us or used
under license. You may not:
— Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
— Use our designs to create derivative products
— Use our brand name or logo for commercial purposes
— Frame or mirror our Site
You may share our content on personal social media (with
attribution) and link to our Site freely.

USER CONDUCT
When using the Site, you agree NOT to:
— Use the Site for any illegal purpose
— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
— Interfere with the Site's security features
— Submit false or misleading information
— Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
— Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or
remove content at our discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
— We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages
— Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount
you paid for the product in question
— We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free,
or free of viruses
This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer under
Egyptian law.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Calima harmless from any claims,
damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your
breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of
Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the
Site shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the
Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
